Tips to keep healthy

Follow a healthy and balanced diet

It's no secret that eating a healthy, balanced diet helps you maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of diseases like diabetes, heart disease, or stroke. Foods from different groups should be included in each meal (proteins, carbohydrates and lipids), always choosing the healthiest options: lean meats, whole grains, vegetable oils, etc.

Sleep well

Feeling tired affects your concentration, demotivates you, and leaves you without energy. This, in turn, can affect mental health, so it is important to get enough sleep to feel rested and to feel able to perform daily activities.

Drink wisely

Alcohol is a depressive euphoriant and affects brain functions. If you do not drink sensibly, or drink large amounts over a long period of time, you are at risk of developing mental problems such as anxiety or depression.
